- Fine Tune Your Mind By Programming For What You Want. When I practiced hypnosis, I used to use entrainment audios with clients to help them achieve goals and eliminate unwanted behaviors. The method I suggest is 5 minutes of entrainment where you let your mind drift and get clear of thoughts, 5-10 minutes of goals, affirmations, and reinforcing visualizations, 5 minutes of clear mind with no thoughts. Repeat this 2-3 times a day. You can just say these in your head, buy entrainment programs that focus on the goals or issues you want to address, or record your material over an entrainment program. - Maintain Your Physical Condition and Health. Entrainment is great for achieving the health benefits from relaxation. When combined with visualization, it can be used to heal faster, increase immunity to illnesses, and maintain an overall higher level of fitness. Listen to entrainment audios after exercising as well as in the morning and before bed to increase the rate of recovery. If you have an illness, physical problem or just want to program for health, there are specialized visualizations and self-hypnosis scripts that can be used with entrainment often with great results.
