What happens during our sleep is somewhat related to what happens to our body when we are awake. The tiredness in our body causes an emotional stress which in turn gets stored in our muscles.
Do you remember the time when you last got angry. Come to think of it. Didn't you close your fists in anger even though you were not planning to hit anyone. This is your unconscious body language working for you. This happens instantly and you cannot control it.
It's estimated, the tone of our voice and our facial expression counts for at least 80% of our total communication. The words we use count for less than 20%.
Sometime or the other all of us have encountered a situation where we have to put on a different face and voice than what we actually are feeling from inside. Even if you are raging inside you have to keep your calm because you cannot shout at the individual you are dealing with.
When we are in deep sleep our freeze feelings are stored in the body muscles. This has a adverse effect on the muscles of the breathing passage than any other muscle group.
Our breathing passage gets blocked by the muscle tension when we are in deep sleep. This causes early night snoring. As we go further with our sleep our muscles relaxes a little and snoring gets stopped for a while.
When we are in light sleep, it is called as REM sleep. This is the segment where dreaming occurs. When we are in the REM sleep, we amalgamate all the informations and experiences we had the previous day. Our subliminal takes all the sentiments that are stored in the body muscles. Just think what would be happening to the muscles while this is going through.
Sadly, the tension doesn't get released from our muscles during REM sleep. The conclusion our subconscious makes, may even be that these muscles need to be kept tense to freeze any emotion the following day. This can make the snoring trouble even worse.
When we are in our REM sleep the emotional process activates our muscles which is a important thing for us to know. Due to this our breathing passage gets blocked and this causes snoring. Usually we go to REM sleep 2-3 times a night. This is the main reason why early morning and late night snoring is usual.
So whats the elucidation? Almost there are two ways to eradicate the primary cause for snoring.
1) If you are polite and non hasty than less poignant pressure is stored in the muscles. A happy attitude is required every time which is the key to well being. Indulging in hatred is like taking poison and thinking that this will kill your enemy. Showing your way of thinking realism reasonably releases and integrates the experience immediately, so your subliminal doesn't encompass throughout the night.
2) When we are exercising with tongue, throat and jaws then it helps in releasing the tension from our muscles. Many of us have been creating muscle tensions for years so now it is required to excavate down and untie up these muscles. This exercise will help in stopping of the early night snoring as well as the REM sleep snoring.
Use of both the tactics would do wonders.
Its very sad that the most frequent way used in dealing with snoring only addresses the most palpable symptoms. Some times even if the symptoms vanish for a while, the genuine fundamental cause slowly gets worse. This leads to the reappearance of the snoring much louder. The best remedy to cure snoring is by dealing with the true original cause.
