An Awesome Game - Lacrosse اي لعبة رهيبه -- لاكروس

There is a game that has been played in east coast schools and clubs for several decades. وهناك لعبة الذى تم فى الساحل الشرقى لعبته المدارس والنوادي لعدة عقود. This highly popular team sport is called lacrosse. وهذا غاية شعبية الرياضة ودعا فريق لاكروس. The popularity of lacrosse has been growing across the US Lacrosse is officially noted as the summer game in neighboring Canada and is actually played in more than 20 nations around the world. شعبية لاكروس ولقد تزايد في جميع انحاء الولايات المتحدة رسميا لاكروس لاحظت كما لعبه في الصيف المجاورة وكندا وفعلا لعب في اكثر من 20 دولة حول العالم.

Lacrosse originated with the Native Americans of North America which makes it this continent's oldest known team sport. لاكروس نشأت مع الامريكيين الاصليين فى امريكا الشمالية مما يجعل من هذه القارة المعروفة اقدم فريق الرياضة. French missionaries in Canada during the 1600's actually recorded games played by natives which they called baggataway. البعثات التبشيريه الفرنسية في كندا خلال 1600 'sفعلا المباريات المسجله من قبل المواطنين أطلقوا عليها اسم baggataway. The missionaries renamed the spectacle la crosse for the stick used by players in the game that resembled a bishops cross. فان المبشرين التي اعيدت تسميتها لالمنظر Crosse مدينة لوس انجلوس والعصا التي يستخدمها لاعبين في المباراة التي الاساقفه يشبه الصليب.

Both men and women, boys and girls play lacrosse in official programs around the US Children as young as 3rd grade and older are joining the nearly 4,500 programs around the country. لكل من الرجال والنساء والفتيان والفتيات تلعب لاكروس الرسمية في الولايات المتحدة حول برامج الأطفال الذين لا تتجاوز اعمارهم الثالثة هم من كبار السن والرتبه ، والانضمام الى ما يقرب من برامج 4500 فى جميع انحاء البلاد. Lacrosse is a seemingly complicated game to those not familiar with its rules, and those rules differ for men's and women's leagues. لاكروس هي التي تبدو معقدة الى تلك اللعبة لم تكن مالوفه مع نظامها الداخلي ، وهذه القواعد تختلف عن الرجل والمراه لرابطات. Watching a men's lacrosse game, one feels like they are observing part soccer, ice hockey, field hockey and American football. مشاهدة الرجل لعبة لاكروس ، مثل احد يشعر أنها مراقبة من جانب كرة القدم ، هوكي الجليد ، هوكى الميدان وكرة القدم الاميركية. Perhaps all these sports have borrowed from the ancient native game of baggataway. ولعل كل هذه الرياضة قد اقترضت من لعبة قديمة الوطنية baggataway.

Lacrosse - The Basics: لاكروس -- اساسيات :

Players pass and carry a rubber ball, the size of a standard baseball, using special sticks. وتحمل اللاعبين تمرير الكرة مطاطي ، وحجم موحد البيسبول ، باستخدام العصي الخاصة. The stick utilizes a head at one end that's strung with cording like nylon to make a pocket that holds the ball. وتستخدم العصا رئيس واحد في نهاية هذا الربط مع موتر مثل النايلون لجعل جيب ان يحمل الكرة. All the players have a stick and pass (throw) the ball, catch the ball and run with the ball around the field. جميع اللاعبين وتمرير عصا (رمي) الكرة ، والصيد وادارة الكرة مع الكرة في جميع انحاء الميدان. When running, players cradle the ball in the pocket, a much practiced technique. عند تشغيل ، ومهد لاعبين الكرة في الجيب ، بكثير تمارس هذا الاسلوب.

Each team has a goal, as in soccer. كل فريق هدفا ، كما هو الحال في كرة القدم. Men's lacrosse players wear protective padding. الرجال لاكروس اللاعبين بطانة الملابس الواقيه. The shoulders, ribs and arms are covered and they wear padded gloves. أكتاف ، والاضلاع والاسلحة وانها تغطي مبطن ارتداء القفازات. Physical contact is permitted in men's games with some blocking, tackling and shoulder checks though not as hard core as American football. الاتصال المادي يسمح للرجال فى دورة الالعاب مع بعض اى وقف لمعالجة الشيكات والكتف ولكن ليس على النحو نواة صلبة كما في كرة القدم الاميركية. Women's lacrosse does not allow physical contact so no padding is required. المراه لا تسمح لاكروس الاتصال المادي وبالتالي لا بطانة هو مطلوب. Many female players choose to wear nose guards, eye protection and non padded gloves. كثير من الاناث في اختيار اللاعبين لارتداء حراس الانف ، العين حمايه وقفازات غير مبطن. Men wear helmets but women do not. الرجال ارتداء الخوذ ولكن المراه لا.

Lacrosse games start with a face off at midfield. لاكروس مع بداية الالعاب وجها من في خط الوسط ،. The team consists of attackmen, defensemen, midfielders and a goalie. ويتألف الفريق من attackmen ، defensemen ، في الوسط ، وحارس المرمى. Depending on whether it is a men's or women's team, there will be 10 men or 12 women on the field at any given time. اعتمادا على ما اذا كان هو الرجل أو المراه في الفريق ، سيكون هناك 10 من الرجال او النساء 12 على ارض الملعب في اي وقت معين. Women's lacrosse games are played on a larger field than men's and therefore require more players. المراه لاكروس الالعاب لعب علي اكبر الميدان اكثر من الرجال ، وبالتالي تحتاج الى مزيد من اللاعبين.

The field of play has three officials, a referee, a field judge and an umpire. ميدان تقوم به ثلاثة مسؤولين ، والحكم ، وميدان القاضي والحكم. These officials must keep track of the game as in any sport, looking for fouls, either personal (slashing or tripping), or technical (grabbing or holding). هؤلاء المسؤولين يجب ان تتبع للعبة كما هو الحال في اي رياضة ، تبحث عن خطأ ، اما الشخصيه (أو تعثر القطع) ، او التقني (او قبضة اليد القابضه). There are specific field positions and rules as to when players can or cannot cross the center line of the field and how many players are on the field during play. وهناك مجال وظائف محددة وقواعد لاعبين عندما يمكن أو لا يمكن عبور خط وسط الميدان وكيف عدد كبير من الاطراف الفاعله على ارض الملعب اثناء اللعب.

Lacrosse is a fast-paced sport that develops good hand-eye coordination and endurance. لاكروس هي الرياضة سرعة وتيرة تطور جيد من ناحية ان بين العين والتنسيق والتحمل. The added benefit of team sports is the development of teamwork and cooperation. المضافه لصالح فريق الرياضة هو تطوير العمل الجماعي والتعاون.
