Fred: Last night I met a lady in her 50s who recently retired from nursing and moved here to Asheville. فريد : في الليلة الماضية التقيت سيدة في بلدها 50s الذى تقاعد مؤخرا من التمريض وهنا انتقل الى اشفيل. Yet shes not ready to just play all day. Shes ليست مستعدة بعد لمجرد اللعب طوال النهار. Lyna: You know Fred, just recently the AARP report said that 80% of the Baby Boomer Generation plan to work after retirement and many see the advantage of starting their own business. Lyna: Boy, times are changing! Lyna : الصبي ، والزمن يتغير! Lyna : الى جانب الرغبة في احداث التغيير او اتباع الهوى ؛ تحفيز العقليه هو ايضا سبب boomers طفل يبحثون فى بدء اعمال خاصة بهم. Look at Wendy Outland- a former art curator and manager of a gallery. ننظر الى ويندي - outland سابق الفن وامين مدير احد غاليري. Although she loved her job; when she turned 50 she felt she needed to do something more. ورغم انها تحب وظيفتها ؛ عندما وجهت 50 وقالت انها ترى انها في حاجة الى القيام بأي شيء أكثر من ذلك. Using her experience; she is now an art consultant and helps others to better market themselves. باستخدام خبرتها ؛ انها الآن اكثر من اي مستشار الفن ويساعد الاخرين على نحو افضل في السوق انفسهم.

Fred: Over the years, people develop maturity in business. فريد : على مر السنين ، ووضع الناس في الاعمال النضج. Put this together with skills, knowledge and business contacts they have developed through the years and it gives them many advantages in starting a business. وضع هذا سويا مع المهارات والمعارف والاتصالات التجارية التي استحدثت على مر السنين ، وانه يعطيهم مزايا كثيرة في بدء عمل تجاري. They also tend to have cash reserve and funding they may need. كما أنها تميل الى أن يكون لها الاحتياطي النقدي والتمويل التي قد تحتاجها.

Lyna: Also, more resources are becoming available to this age group as the trend toward owning your own business later in life grows. Lyna : ايضا ، وأصبحت أكثر الموارد المتاحة لهذه الفئة العمريه كما ان الاتجاه نحو امتلاك مشروعك التجاري ينمو في وقت لاحق في الحياة. SCORE and the Small Business Association are among many places that are streamlining business counseling to older first time entrepreneurs. الدرجة والاعمال التجارية الصغيرة الرابطه هي من بين كثير من الاماكن التي هي تبسيط الأعمال النصائح لاصحاب المشاريع الاكبر سنا اول مرة.

Fred: You are right- from retirement coaches, self help groups and new books and articles about 2nd careers and entrepreneurship for those over 50; there is no excuse for baby boomers not to follow their dreams. فريد : انت - من حق التقاعد والمدربين ، ومجموعات للمساعدة الذاتية الجديدة من الكتب والمقالات حول المهن والاعمال الحرة الثانية لتلك اكثر من 50 ؛ ولا يوجد عذر لعدم boomers طفل لمتابعة احلامهم.
