So, You Want to Be Your Own Boss? ذلك ، أردت ان تكون بنفسك بوس؟

Fred: We recently received the following email from one of our listeners: فريد : استلمنا مؤخرا التالية بالبريد من أحد مستمعينا :

Dear Fred and Lyna, عزيزي فريد وlyna ،
For the past 20 years I have worked as an account executive for a major soft drink company; and frankly I am sick of it. لال 20 عاما الماضية عملت حسابا رئيسيا التنفيذي لشركة المشروبات الخفيفه ؛ وبصراحة انا مريضة منه. I have been looking into owning my own business and have run across several franchise opportunities. لقد كنت اتطلع الى امتلاك بلدي التجارية والبعيد وقد عبر العديد من الفرص والانتخاب. Do you think a franchise is the way to go- or should I start out on my own? هل تعتقد أ الامتياز هو الطريق الذي يجب ان نسلكه - او ينبغي ان اشغل بها بالاصاله عن نفسي؟

Lyna: more and more people- from college age to baby boomers- are attracted to owning their own business and being their own boss. Lyna : المزيد والمزيد من الناس - من كلية الى سن الطفل - boomers يجذبهم الى امتلاك مشاريعهم الخاصة ويجري الخاصة بهم بوس. Fortunately, there are many resources available to help you make the right decisions about starting a business. ولحسن الحظ ، هناك الكثير من الموارد المتاحة لمساعدتك على اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحه عن بدء عمل تجاري.

Fred: The first question I would ask myself is not should I buy a franchise or start from scratch; but do I have the ability to be a successful entrepreneur. فريد : السؤال الاول اود ان اسأل نفسي لا ينبغي لي ان شراء الامتياز او ان تبدأ من الصفر ؛ ولكن هل لديها القدرة على ان تكون ناجحه صاحبة المشروع.

Lyna: Good point, Fred. Lyna : نقطة جيدة ، فريد. I have a friend who spent a lot of time and money training to be a color consultant and she's good at helping people find the best look they can achieve using the colors that are best suited to them. عندي صديق الذي امضى الكثير من الوقت والمال والتدريب ليكون لون استشاري وانها جيدة في مساعدة الناس على العثور على أفضل ننظر يمكنهم تحقيق ذلك باستخدام الألوان هي الانسب لهم. Yet a year after she set up her studio, she gave up. ولكن بعد مرور سنة على انها انشأت لها الاستوديو ، وقالت انها تخلت. Lyna: Actually, she is working the dressing room of a dress boutique and helps women choose clothes that look best on them. Lyna : فعلا ، وقالت انها تعمل الضماده الغرفة من ثوب البوتيك وتساعد المراه في اختيار الملابس التي ننظر اليها على افضل وجه. Although she is working for someone else; she is now happy to do so. ورغم انها تعمل من أجل شخص آخر ؛ وهي الآن سعيدة بذلك.

Fred: If your friend had done her homework before hand; she probably would have realized that she doesn't have the characteristics of an entrepreneur. فريد : اذا رفيقك قد فعلت لها قبل المنزلية من جهة ؛ وقالت انها ربما قد أدركوا انه لم يكن لديه خصائص وجود منظم. When you own a business; you have to do what it takes to make it successful- no matter what it takes financially, physically, mentally and emotionally. عندما كنت تملك أحد الأعمال ؛ عليك ان تفعل ما يلزم لجعلها ناجحه - مهما يأخذ ماليا ، وجسديا وعقليا وعاطفيا.

Lyna: Monster has a self assessment quiz to see if you have what it takes to own your own business. Lyna : الوحش له والتقييم الذاتى للاختبار لمعرفة ما اذا كان لديكم ما يأخذ الى امتلاك مشروعك التجاري. What an excellent eye opener! ما ممتازة العين الفتاحه! It touches on things like your communication skills, your attitude toward financing your venture, if you're willing to work long hours and how you handle chaos. انها تمس اشياء مثل مهارات الاتصال الخاصة بك ، يا حيال التمويل الاستثماري الخاص بك ، واذا كنت على استعداد للعمل لساعات طويلة ، وكيف تعامل مع الفوضى.

Fred: That would definitely be a must do for anyone thinking of starting their first business endeavor. فريد : ان من شأنه بالتأكيد ان يكون لاحد ان يفعل التفكير ابتداء من أول الأعمال انديفور. The next thing you might think about is what type of business would you want to invest in? القادم شيء وأعتقد انكم قد حول ما هو نوع الشركة ستقوم تريد الاستثمار فى؟

Lyna: Wow- that could be tough! Lyna : نجاح - يمكن ان يكون صارما! My first thought would be to look at things that you are passionate about. فكرتي الأولى ستكون للنظر في الأمور التي انت عاطفي عن. For example- your love for dogs is at the top of your list. على سبيل المثال - محبتك للكلاب هو على رأس قاءمتك. How about a service that offers dog sitting, dog walking and dog grooming? ماذا عن الخدمة التي تتيح الجلوس الكلب ، والمشي الكلب كلب الاستماله؟ Could you enjoy doing this full time? هل يمكن ان تتمتع به هذه بدوام كامل؟ Or better yet- would you do this for free if you didn't need to worry about money? او الافضل من ذلك - هل سوف هذا مجانا اذا كنت لا تحتاج الى القلق حول المال؟ If the answer is yes,this might be a good option for you. اذا كان الجواب نعم ، وهذا قد يكون خيارا جيدا بالنسبة لكم.

Fred: You can also look at your talent and skills; and even ask friends and family what they can see you doing. فريد : يمكنك ايضا النظر في طلبك المواهب والمهارات ، وحتى اسأل الاهل والاصدقاء يمكنهم انظر ما تفعلون. My friend Bill never thought of starting a catering business until his wife pointed out how often he cooked gourmet meals for social get -together's. صديقي فاتوره أبدا التفكير بدء الاعمال الطعام حتى زوجته واوضح كيف انه في كثير من الاحيان الذواقه الوجبات المطهيه لأحصل الاجتماعية - معا 'س. And now he's very successfully doing something he loves. والآن انه ناجح جدا القيام بعمل ما يحب.

Lyna: The other factor in choosing a business is if it would need you to have employees. Lyna : عامل آخر في اختيار الأعمال هو انها ستحتاج اذا كنت قد الموظفين.
